Shipping
At MenRcool your product will be shipped direct from our Manufacturer
or Wholesaler suppliers.

We use many suppliers worldwide and the delivery may vary between
two weeks to two months depending on demand or stock level at the point of origin.

At the time of ordering, we will give an estimate of when you may expect your product(s). The average time is about 3 weeks depending on the type of product ordered and the need for customs clearance if required.

Whilst we endeavour to supply you as soon as possible There may occasionally be a disruption in the supply chain. Due to exceptional large demand, manufacturing mechanical breakdown, out of stock or no longer available due to a supplier discontinuing the product. In the event of any such delay we will try to notify you as soon as possible and make the necessary refund. You may then order an alternative if you so wish.
